You’re invited to join Lisa Mellett owner of Queen Bee Farms & Apiary for an exciting and informative Tea & Honey Pairing Workshop, Thursday, May 2, noon - 1pm at SIAL Canada. This workshop will showcase some of the Artisan Crafted teas and honey of Queen Bee Farms & Apiary and will more specifically focus on ways in which honey can play a role in enhancing a consumer’s overall tea experience.

Honey is one of nature’s most rare and prized gifts, and like a fine wine has many complex flavor profiles and subtle nuances to offer up to the educated palate. Participants of the talk can expect to learn reasons why honey is such a natural pairing for tea as well as some tips, tricks and ideas how they too may utilize and enjoy these two timeless and amazing ingredients together.

Participants can also look forward to sampling a variety of honey along with some of Queen Bee Farms unique handcrafted tea blends featuring ingredients they organically grow and produce at their farm on the beautiful West Coast of Vancouver Island, BC, Canada.
