Hey there! If you need assistance, please see our home page and menu to learn how to contact us.

Hello! Welcome to my blog.  Please allow me to introduce myself, I am Ruby RedHat, the official mascot of the Red Hat Society, one of the world’s largest playgroups for women.  I am thrilled to represent the little girl inside all of us, who is ready and willing to come out and play again. The Red Hat Society hardily invites your little girl to join in the fun!

2018 is a very special year for the Members of the Red Hat Society because it is our 20th Anniversary.  We have so much to get excited about, in July, we’ll prepare to travel to the fabulous city of New Orleans (also celebrating a milestone anniversary of 300 years) for our International Convention, Let the Good Times Roll!

To some, the image of New Orleans brings to mind French Quarter bars and jazz music floating in the air but we’ll be moving within the more sophisticated realms of the afternoon tea. Granted, in August, our tea may take the form of “Big Easy Iced Tea” but we do not think it will disappoint! Imagine a long afternoon stretching out before you, sitting with your girlfriends in big Red Hats and summer dresses, sipping the icy brew of your choice. What can we say?  We love the TEA experience!

So, are you ready to come out to play?!  We’ll be celebrating our 20th Anniversary all year-long and in lots of different ways. There are so many things to do!  It’s easy to join as a Member online. Start your adventure of a lifetime!

You can learn more about us by visiting our website:  You can also follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to see how Hatters are cheering for fun in 2018.   #CheersTo20Years  #RedHatSociety

RUBY REDHAT is the official mascot of the Red Hat Society.  In the year 2000, a little lady named Ruby appeared, out of nowhere, on the computer screen of EQM Sue Ellen's daughter, Andrea (aka Princess Daughter). Princess Daughter was working on the first Red Hat Society website and when Ruby got wind of it, she just volunteered her services as a representative (mascot?) for the entire membership. Ruby had recently finished compiling her Top Ten (plus one) Rules for Living and she had a feeling that both she and her rules would be able to help the Red Hat Society clarify its members and its purpose to the world. We are all thrilled to have her represent the little girl inside all of us, who is ready and willing to come out and play again in every woman who invites her to do so.
