"The 2022 Summer Fancy Food Show will be our first big event and we are excited to introduce COCOFUEL to a large audience of buyers” said Paula Charleson, Founder. "We have been overwhelmed by the positive response at vegan shows as consumers are looking for healthy snack options. COCOFUEL BITES are very low sugar(5%) and carb, made with just a few organic ingredients and tastes great! The BITES can be eaten out of the bag or added to your favorite recipes, replacing high sugar chocolate chips.

COCOFUEL was founded in 2013 by Paula Charleson. Located in Providence, Rhode Island. The first retail store was Whole Foods Market, Cranston and COCOFUEL has since grown to all the WFM in the North Atlantic Region. The company’s philosophy is that chocolate does not have to be made with lots of sugar and other junk ingredients. “Instead, I chose just a few organic ingredients and a small amount of low glycemic coconut sugar and left out all the unnecessary, unhealthy ingredients” said Paula Charleson.
