Please tell us what sets your show apart from other similar shows in the same category in both USA and Canada?  We focus on small business and the tools business owners need to be successful.  We offer a reasonable rate to attend, rotate across the country and produce our event three times a year to make it cost effective for businesses to attend.  We have over 150 hours of education that cannot be found anywhere else for the value.

What is it about your show that could help someone in the tea industry to be more successful (whether they are an importer, wholesaler, restaurant, and hotel, retailer, serving or selling tea)?

..as an exhibitor – Specialty beverage industry has been embracing tea over the years and it is a great fit for our show

..as an attendee – Business owners are scared of screwing up tea if they don’t understand it. They are fascinated by the knowledge that can be shared.

What do you see new or trending in the beverage industry overall? RTD coffee and tea and cold brew coffee

What do you see new or trending in the food and beverage industry that directly or indirectly applies to the tea industry?  Iced and infused

What are the latest trends you have seen at your show over the past year?  Cold brew coffee, adding food to café menu

What are anchor highlights of your show every year? Competitions: Americas Best Espresso, cold brew and Latte Art

What is new this year? . . And is it something offered this year only or expected to continue? Educational tracks, new campfire sessions and new location.  Also, our new co-location with the food show in LA and NY 2019.

What do you consider the best opportunity for networking at your show? (i.e. the show floor, after-hours events, awards, etc.)  Show floor, competitions and opening night reception.

How is your education organized? by tract? topic? industry niche? workshops? seminars? demos? on floor presentations?  Have a look at the upcoming schedule for Baltimore, here: https://www.coffeefest.com/uploads/pdf/balpdfschedule.pdf
