During this 90-minute seminar, attendees will delve into the history of meditation and tea and the science between pairing the two together. The seminar will dive deep into tea’s various uses for meditation and healing and will end with a guided tea meditation.

Expo participants will learn everything they need to know to be successful in the tea industry right on the expo floor.
