The New York Restaurant Show, one of Trade Show Executive’s Fastest 50 Growing Shows, returns to the Javits Center from Sunday, March 23 to Tuesday, March 25, with an expanded and sold-out trade show floor, industry-leading education, and must-see culinary events. 

Event Highlights include:

Education & Conferences: Industry experts will share insights into menu development, marketing, operations, and regulations. Key programs include:

  • New York City Hospitality Alliance’s State of the Industry Conference, covering full-service and fast-casual trends, workforce development, and the future of bars.
  • New York State Restaurant Association’s Hospitality HQ series, features topics like employee retention, outdoor dining, cannabis culture, and mental health awareness.

Culinary Innovation Theater: Live demonstrations from top chefs, and a culinary competition including:

  • Butcher Olympics Beef Cutting Demonstration with educator Sierra Jepsen (Sunday - 11 am)
  • Culinary Demo with Chef Maria Loi, Known as the Julia Child of Greece (Sunday - 1 pm).
  • Rapid-Fire Sirloin Roulette Competition, featuring top local chefs who will cook Sirloin steaks provided by the PA Beef Council. (Sunday - 3 pm)
  • Culinary Demo by Tom Colicchio (Top Chef), and author Why I Cook (Monday - 2 pm)
  • Melba Wilson (Melba’s Harlem), sharing comfort food secrets (Tuesday - 2 pm).
  • Wine & Food Pairing with Master Sommelier David Glancy will be held on both Monday and Tuesday at 12 pm.

Expanded Trade Show Floor: 250+ exhibitors showcasing food, beverage, equipment, technology, and business solutions. Featured brands include:

  • Food & Beverage: Belgioioso Cheese, Felicetti Pasta, Riviera Produce, Smoove Ice Cream.
  • Equipment & Supplies: Roger & Sons, I. Halper Paper & Supplies, Singer Equipment.
  • Décor & Tableware: Hospitality Provisions, Industrias Betik, ETS Jean Degloin.
