Summer has officially kicked off and for the Specialty Food Association (SFA), that means two things: the sofi™ Awards and Summer Fancy Food Show are here. Schuman Cheese is celebrating a major win ahead of SFFS, with their Cello Copper Kettle Snack Packs having won a 2022 sofi™ Gold Award in the Appetizers & Snacks category!

Schuman’s Cello Copper Kettle Snack Packs were selected by a panel of specialty food experts out of nearly 2,000 entries across 53 product categories. These snack packs were made to be a perfect portable pairing of dried fruit and nuts with Cello’s most celebrated cheeses, like the world-renowned Copper Kettle. Within the pack, Cello’s one-of-a-kind Copper Kettle cheese is paired with tart cherries infused with lemon and ginger, then tossed with roasted praline pecans for a salty and sweet blend.
