New York International Gift Fair  www.nyigf.com

January 28-February 1, 2007

As many of you know, The Tea House Times makes a point to attend various trade shows to find products of interest to our growing list of Tea Room Owners throughout the United States.  This show is huge and you can find every kind of gift item possible to suit every taste and budget.  We had limited time to visit the show this year, but did a pretty good job finding a few new/different items.  We tried to visit some vendors we have met before to see what’s new and we hunted for some new vendors (new to us anyway) as well.  So here we go…these are in no particular order…….Lady Gayle

Mustardseed & Moonshine www.mustardseedandmoonshine.com ~ Featured on the cover of the May/June 2006 issue of The Tea House Times, M&M has added several new beauties to their line of distinctive, delicate, gorgeous tea ware.  I have to admit my heart skips a beat when I visit their exhibit.  I wish I could have it all!  Check out the photo here of the new Daylily Oriental tea service offering a pattern of bright yellow and green set against gleaming white.  Handmade of wonderfully strong earthenware (dishwasher and microwave safe!!)  Visit their website for more info and/or schedule a visit to their showroom at AmericasMart in Atlanta when you are there to visit the World Tea Expo in June, 2007!
