Dear Nancy,
I am interested in renting the cafe for a Tea Party Baby Shower for my sister. I was looking at August 16th. I was looking at the menu and thought the High Tea would be ideal for our event. We are looking at 20 to 30 quests. Please let me know what options we have available and about deposit and menu options. I am looking forward to this event, this will be the first baby in our family that we are all together for. We have lived on separate coasts for years!! Below is my email address and phone number!  Thank you very much!

Hi Nancy,

Thank you for helping make Candie’s bridal shower yesterday such a wonderful party!

We loved the tea and the food and the atmosphere!  You have such a lively spirit, too –

it was perfect for our group!  Plus, we will have to come back and let Candie

do a little more singing in your tea room.  :-)   What a treat!  Thanks again for all

of your hospitality and generosity and for making the party so easy to plan!

I look forward to visiting again next time I am in Olympia!

NOTES FROM NANCY, OWNER OF NONNA ROSA CAFE TEA ROOM

June 2008 - Hello Gail,  I have had so many compliments on how my webpage is set up and also The Tea House Times is well read by our customers.  Customers are so impressed by the articles and the recipes.  I have the magazines for reading at the cafe and I give complimentary copies to those who are just visiting Olympia and to some faithful regulars. I am telling you that since the web page 75% of the customers in groups are through finding Nonna Rosa on the web, isn't that amazing? Thanks to you........Nancy

May 2008 - See some new photos below from happy customers!

December 21, 2007 - First, We want to thank The Tea House Times for housing us it has been a fruitful time being in your website all this time and we hope to continue. thanks again.

Nov. 30, 2007:  Hello Gail, I am really happy with how the web page is paving the way for people to find my cafe and tea room, the people who come visit come from out of state and they are all full of compliments on the ambiance, the food and our hospitality.  I always tell them to watch out for our space when they visit The Tea House Times website since they might find their photos posted - customers like that.  People are amazed at the clientele I am getting in Olympia - children, teens, college students, parties, groups, etc.  Thank you........Nancy

The Red Hat Mamas of Yelm Washington had a blast on Sunday, Nov. 4.  They had a fashion show, and we also had a raffle drawn.  Prizes were donated and the proceeds will be sent to Nancy's co Filipinos victims of the fire in San Diego, CA.  Wasn't that neat of them?

November, 2007:  Hello Gail, I am holding parties most weekends.  Today I had the Red Hat Mamas and will send some photos.  Last Sunday the group of 39 ladies had High Tea to celebrate their fellowship with families and friends and it was a great success.  I had a violinist, one playing cello, and 2 playing flute.  It was really an enjoyable afternoon for everyone and guess what?  I was recommended by one of my customers to her Mum and then to the group.  And most of them looked me up on the web, here at your site!  -- I also have a group of ladies who are flying in from DC to attend a wedding here in December and they saw me on the web too.  so they want to come straight to my place on Dec 30 to have high tea - for 11! ........I am really excited about the outcome of the web page with you. ...My best, Nancy

Hello Gail & The Tea House Times,  I don't know if I have forwarded these letters from my customers to you already, isn't it great? The web page is working.  My customers all love The Tea House Times - I leave it at the cafe for reading only and some take it away, the compliments I get are unbelievable.  I have had reservations from out of state and out of Olympia just because they saw me on the web.  Talk to you later,  Nancy

Sept, 2007:  Guess what? The web page is really thriving.  I am inundated by reservations because the customers  found me on the web and they compared what they saw on the web page from what they have experienced in other tea rooms. I had a customer today who had all but praises saying, ' you have the most classy place from the table cloths to the service' - Isn't that something?
I have had customers making my tea room their rendezvous for some kind of reunion  or get together they do once a month.  I am having one this Saturday only because they saw me on The Tea House Times website.  Thanks a million . . .Nancy, Nonna Rosa
