HONORING MLK by Linda Villano

Monday, January 18th 2016 @ 9:23 AM

On this day we honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. for his enormous and revered role as non-violent activist and leader of the Civil Rights movement.

As a personal tribute to this brave, remarkable man you’ll find here a few rare images of MLK and tea.

And on this commemorative day it’s fitting that coffee, our industry partner, be represented. The final image is a portrait of MLK in coffee by French artist Vivi Mac. Ms. Mac uses food, beverages and ingredients to create portraits. VISIT HER FACEBOOK PAGE for more information and images.

Life's most persistent and urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others?”

 Martin Luther King, Jr.
