Apple Tea Punch
1 Quart of apple cider or apple juice
2 T. sugar
2 cups of prepared black tea
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup of Apple Brandy (optional)
Cinnamon to taste
In a saucepan heat the apple cider, sugar, tea, and lemon juice. Add optional apple brandy before serving.
Pour in tea cups or punch cups, sprinkle with cinnamon. Makes about ten 5 oz. cups.
