~ I enjoyed the articles and information on flowering teas in the Jan/Feb issue. This past Christmas my niece gave me a small glass teapot and dainty cups along with a box of flowering teas. I enjoyed serving the flowering teas and received rave reviews from guests. They take tea time to the next level of beauty and relaxation as guests watch the flowering teas unfurl. Thank you for your lovely publication. Tea-ruly yours, Lydia Harris, “A Cup of Tea with Lydia” columnist ~I savor every issue of The Tea House Times and look forward to receiving each installment. I have even received a fan note already! I love The Tea House Times. Thank you, thank you again. Susan Laird ~I really want to thank you and hope you can help others to create a webpage just like mine. The web page for our shop is really taking off. People can now find me on the internet! When people Google me, we are always number one having our web page with The Tea House Times website! Nancy Caiafa, Nonna Rosa Cafe Tea Room, Olympia, WA ~ Dear Gail, I just have to tell you how wonderful we found the Victorian House Scones!!! I want to take this opportunity to say thanks for the helpful information you make available to a small tea room like ours. And, I want to tell you a little story about these wonderful scones and how they saved the day for us . . . We promised a wonderful charitable organization that I would provide 200 scones for their annual fundraising event last Saturday. I had planned to start baking earlier that week so that I would not be facing this project at the last minute!!! Well, as things go, come Thursday, I had ZERO scones ready for this group. When I received the “special order” that Debbie Anderson so kindly rushed for me, we were saved. It was soooo easy to add a little almond paste and bake up those 200 scones in no time. The ladies at the event loved them and they really like us now too!!! Please share our feedback and comments about the Victorian House Scones and their wonderful employees!!! Thanks again!!! Joan Susi, Victorian Tea Garden, Pittsburgh, PA Sept/Oct 07 ~I received our lovely invitations yesterday, so my granddaughters started filling them out last night. Thanks so much for your very timely help! Rose Kelley (order invitations at www.theteahousetimes.com)
Nov/Dec 07 ~Gayle, Just wanted to let you know, that I have been receiving calls from ladies that have seen our ad in The Tea House Times. One was at a Red Hat event in Chicago and saw your Tea House Times, the other was a representative of Red Rose Tea offering us tea to serve and door prizes for our event. So just let everyone know that advertising in The Tea House Times pays off. I am sure we will get others who have seen our ad, but do not necessarily let us know they saw it in the Times. Thanks and we will continue to advertise each year. Harriet, Davenport Historical Society Quilts and Tea, Davenport, Florida
Jan/Feb08 ~Just a note to say THANK YOU very much for my cutters. They are just adorable and will make our Tea Party a hit! You were just wonderful to watch to make sure my order went out in plenty of time for our party on the 7th. I love your online store and will be back to visit. Again thank you so much for taking care of my order and for staying in touch with me. Susan B., Foley, AL Mar/Apr '08 ~I receive The Tea House Times and I love it. If I do not have time to sit with a cup of tea when my issue comes in the mail, then I do not even browse through it. I wait for the time when I can devote as much time as possible to the magazine. I just can’t say enough about it. There are only 2 people that I even allow to hold it because I want it to stay perfect just like I receive them! I wish it would come every week. Rita Tellier, No. Kingstown, R.I. ~Hi Lady Gayle, Thank you for the books for my summer time reading. The Felicity line of American Girl books was very interesting. This young girl was from 1774. We as children of today didn’t have the responsibilities like the children in Felicity’s time did. Let me give you a little background on the books I read. . . Click here to see Faith's American Girl Book reviews. - Faith Killian-Fassnacht May/June '08 ~Your most recent issue, other back issues, and the cookbook I ordered all arrived and I love them! Jan/Feb '09 ~Thanks for including my review of Gail Henderson’s calendar in your last issue. I read The Tea House Times from cover to cover when it comes. Thanks for an informative and beautiful publication. I have a copy of Christmas Teas of Comfort and Joy as featured on your NovDec issue cover...Nice job on your new Seal of Approval...Thanks for all you do to keep us tea enthusiasts informed.
Mar/Apr '09 ~Thank you again for awarding Sugars by Sharon with your Seal of Approval. And, thanks, too, for offering the great business opportunity of your wholesale direct mailing service to tea room owners; I would like to participate again. One thing I’m not going to do is to pull back on marketing. When things get tough the one place that most businesses pull back from is marketing. This is the very thing they shouldn’t do.
May/June '09 ~My husband and I recently enjoyed Nan Taylor’s second Tea Time Tutorial DVD which teaches you how to make fancy tea sandwiches served in tea rooms in six easy steps. Nan recommends serving five dainty sandwiches per person and tells how to garnish each sandwich to create an appealing tea plate. Nan’s 30-minute tutorial makes serving tea look easy. Happy tea times! Lydia E. Harris, “A Cup of Tea with Lydia” columnist

Hawkins. www.lindajhawkins.com Sept/Oct '09 ~Dear Lady Gayle, Please renew my subscription and forgive me for the late renewal. I have been unwell and unable to keep up with daily affairs.
