My name is Barb Tuson and I am the owner of SBS Teas-an on line tea company based in Raleigh, NC.

My love for "all things teas" started when my Grandmother began having tea parties with me when I was 4 years old.

I have been an elementary school teacher for 30 years and wanted something to do when I retire so I googled "tea businesses for sale" and four years ago I purchased this business. I am getting ready to retire in the next year and will become Your Tea Experience Lady full time.

I became North Carolina's 1st STI Certified Tea Specialist last year after completing the coursework and attending all of the levels of classes necessary to qualify.

In 2009 I was honored by Start Up Nation and was chosen as one of the top 10 winners in their business competition category of Boomers Back In Business. This ranking was sponsored by Microsoft Office Live, Fed Ex Office and Infusionsoft .
