Want to be a part of The Tea House Times Cookbook? If you are a tea business owner, tea room owner, tea party planner, tea party caterer, or a tea enthusiast with great Afternoon Tea Recipes and you want to share them, read below for instructions for submitting your recipes to be part of our incredible Afternoon Tea Recipes cookbook--THE BEST OF THE BEST! Want a cookbook for your business, but don't have the time or nearly enough recipes to create a book large enough to sell? Participate in The Tea House Times cookbook and share your most requested recipes with us and tea enthusiasts everywhere who will purchase the book from your tea business, other tea businesses, or directly from The Tea House Times. Your business name/location will be listed in the book along with your recipe and also a list of contributors including other tea businesses. You will have an opportunity to purchase the cookbooks at a discounted rate and you may sell at your business or for a fundraiser. Now you will finally have something to sell to your customers when they ask for the recipe for your most requested specialties. Submit your recipes-- IT IS VERY EASY! Do not send recipes to us. You must type in your own recipe at the following website by following the directions below. We have created a special account for our very own cookbook. If you cannot type this on your own, ask a friend to help you. Here is what you do: (Before beginning--read the part below that says "Before Beginning"--this is also available at the cookbook submission website) 1. Go to www.gandrpublishing.com 2. Click the blue box that says Web Submission 3. Log in as a Contributor with password (DO NOT CLICK NEW ACCOUNT) Login Name is: RecipeContributor (no spaces--just like it is shown) 4 Your Contributor Password is: THTRecipes 5. Read all directions carefully for submitting your recipe. This is an automated process. You must be very careful to type/enter your recipe correctly. You must double check the ingredients and spellings, etc. Only you can assure that your recipe has been submitted properly and completely. We will not test recipes, so you must be sure to list everything correctly. 6. When you enter each recipe, you will choose from a drop down menu of categories including:
7. With each recipe you will fill in the section for Contributor. The first 3 lines of this section will be printed in the cookbook next to the recipe you have submitted. Please list your name, business name, city/state (or website) for the first 3 lines. Then enter in your contact information so we can contact you about your entry--phone number, email address, website, etc. (If you prefer, send us a separate email with your contact information---Click here to email. ) 8. You may ONLY submit recipes that are your own original recipes -- not printed or published elsewhere. 9. When you are finished typing in your recipe, click FINISHED. You can then take another look at your recipe and then click SUBMIT RECIPE. You can submit up to 3 recipes. If you have any difficulties, read below, and contact us. Thanks. (Please note: you will notice a few lines regarding proofreading errors and supposedly a charge to fix errors. Just ignore that. We are acting as editor/proofreader, so you will not need to worry about that. Just enter your recipe as accurately as possible, listing all ingredients and clear instructions in a paragraph format. We will proofread for spelling and punctuation accuracy.) 10. READ CONDITIONS BELOW: This cookbook will be a compilation of BEST Afternoon Tea Recipes from Tea
Room Owners, Tea Party Planners, and Tea Enthusiasts. Overall this book is not a
fundraiser, but when it is completed, you may use the copies YOU purchase
towards a fundraiser for your own community or favorite organization. You will
be able to purchase books for yourself and as gifts for your friends and family
or to sell at your place of business. Purchasing details will be available from

) When entering your recipe, where it says Contributor--the first 3 lines
will be printed with your recipe. Please list all applicable info: your
name, business name, city/state for first 3 lines, followed by phone number,
mailing address, and email address, and website if you have a business. Follow
all directions carefully at the recipe submission page. Use proper format and
abbreviations as recommended. Use the exact same information for Contributor for
each of your (up to 3) allowed recipe entries. TROUBLESHOOTING NOTE!!--Read this just in case you encounter any problems entering your recipe: Please give careful thought to the wording of your recipe before submitting. If you have discovered you made a mistake entering your recipe--Please, Do not enter the same identical recipe more than one time. Proofread your recipe before clicking finished. If you feel you have submitted something with a huge error or you simply forgot to add something, please send us an email: Click here to email. Also, If you are unsure what you want listed under the contributor name or you don't like what you already placed in that field, send an email and we will change it for you. Click here to email. NOTE: Some people have mentioned that the website for submitting recipes gets slow sometimes. Try early in the day. When you enter the website and click on the blue submission button, the log in area should come up immediately. If it doesn't, try again at a different time of the day. Thanks! Is there a cost to participate? NO Will you be paid to participate? NO Why participate? This book will help promote your business and/or your passion for tea. It is and has always been the main mission for our company, The Tea House Times, to help promote other tea businesses and tea enthusiasts. Help us and we will help you. See your recipes and your name or your business name in our cookbook. The cookbook will give you a professional way to share your most requested recipes. WHO PAYS FOR PRINTING, PUBLISHING, EDITING, ETC? Publishing, printing, editing, order fulfillment, ALL paid for by The Tea House Times. When you entered your recipe you may have noticed a note saying there is a charge for editing changes.--Please ignore this! You will not be charged anything. It is our job to edit. It is your job to simply do your best in providing a complete list of ingredients and the directions in a paragraph form. We will go in and check spelling, punctuation, etc. WHAT IS THE COST TO PURCHASE THE FINAL PRINTED BOOK? This will depend upon the number or recipes/number of pages the final book presents. This will also depend on # of pre-orders received. Printing in higher quantities will lower the price. All contributors will be offered a fair price for purchasing the book. If your business wishes to sell the book to your customers, you will be offered bulk pricing enabling you to resell and derive profit.
